I also have a floating basement. do I Build the framing from top to bottom and nail down both ends or how much space do I leave on each end? I really could use anyone's advice. Pay it forward!!

i think you are probably refering to a slab without piers! not sure what you mean. but framing is framing, unless you are building a modular type home. need more info

i believe that pressure treated wood is nail down first and the fram is nail to it.

oh, you put a spacer between the framing and the pressure treated wood.
perhaps a 2"x4' cut in lengths of 3 to 4 inchs long ( I think, that is what i am doing in my basement saw in on DIY.)
